To the Root Counseling & Coaching

To the Root Counseling works with clients who are experiencing personal challenges such as depression or anxiety and situational challenges such as the loss of a loved one, stress, overwhelm, or trauma. Many of our Clients seek therapy almost as a last resort, when they are feeling stuck, alone, and really wanting to try a different way or a different thing. It is our priority to create a safe space to explore and resolve the issues that our clients face. We are here to support you on your road to understanding, happiness, and peace.
